We were constructing a small but reasonably complicated Italian influence house in a remote country area.

The roof frame structure required some intricate detailing particularly as the owner was requesting some further detailing not shown on the plans. The roof frame called for three different styles of truss, of which the bulk was to be prefabricated pine scissor shaped trusses.

We called upon Drouin West Timber & Truss for this supply and to work with us to redesign (varied from plans), provide computations, fabricate & deliver the required trusses. They were cost-effective and awesome to deal with. All of their team members were friendly, polite and obliging, they were easily contactable and dealt with all of our requests, alterations, and changes without any problems. The delivery was on time as prearranged and the whole roof structure fell into place with precise dimensions fitting perfectly.

We would highly recommend them as a preferred supplier or A Grade operation for any future projects. We look forward to working with them again soon
